Manitoba Immigration PNP Points Calculator 2022

The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program is one of Canada’s most popular immigration pathways. Modelled after the federal Express Entry program, the program offers an easy and complexities-free means of immigrating to Canada for skilled workers. Just like the electronic point based gradation system of other Canadian states, the MPNP assesses applicants on the basis of a point system which is a derivative of the national federal government’s Express Entry system. So, assessment is done both on the basis of sate as well as the national job pool centred Express Entry Program. Calculate your Manitoba PNP Points before applying in MPNP Program, minimum 60 points required out 0f 100.

Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program

Canada’s Atlantic Provinces have their individual immigration program that allows them to suggest the skilled and capable immigrants for the permanent residence in the province. It is a pilot immigration program that was launched in 2017 with a goal of inviting 7,000 immigrants to the Atlantic region of Canada by 2022.

How Does it Work

The AIP (Atlantic Immigration Pilot) was developed by the Canadian government to address labor shortage in Canada’s four Atlantic Provinces: Newfoundland & Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. These provinces have been experiencing complexity attracting young skilled workers, and the pilot seeks to address these shortages.

The Atlantic Immigration Pilot is also able to offer candidates an earlier route to Canadian permanent residence than mainly provincial programs. Unlike many streams that rely on job offers, the AIP is LMIA-exempt, meaning employer does not need to complete a Labor Market Impact Assessment by they hire an abroad worker. This saves employers time, money, and funds in hiring a skilled worker external of Canada.

Who may use this application?

You may submit an application through the Atlantic Immigration Pilot if you meet the eligibility necessities and plan to settle eternally in one of these Atlantic Provinces:

  • New Brunswick
  • Newfoundland and Labrador
  • Nova Scotia
  • Prince Edward Island

What are the documents required for Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP)?

Candidates require sending set of ID while submitting their application. All these documents need to be ready before getting a job offer. In this method, it can help the candidate’s application to be processed in much earlier pace when they have the job offer:

Language:Candidates wants to take a language test so that they will be able to show their language skill. Candidate must give with the same documents with their application.

Education:Candidates, who have study outside of Canada, need to get their education accessed via Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) details. Getting ECA shows that the candidate’s education is identical to Canadian educational system.

Proof of Funds: Candidates requirements to support themselves and family members economically when moving to Canada. For this they need to show proof of funds.

Main theme of the AIPP is that it is an employer-driven immigration program that allows the provinces to take on a foreign worker. For candidates to apply under this program they require a job offer from a suitable employer and a resolution plan for themselves and the supplementary family members.

For a candidate to apply under this program, an suitable employer of the Atlantic province need to offer them a job-offer and make sure that it meets the necessities of the program candidate have qualified for. Job-offered does not want to be in same field as any other earlier job candidate had.

Another main condition is a resolution plan. Once the applicant is able to get a job-offer from a chosen employer, candidate and other accompanying family members’ needs to get a conclusion plan. This plan will assist the candidate to settle in the region. Give all the capital and links related to the candidate’s wants. All the resolution plans are free. Candidate will be working with a settlement service provider association to help manage the settlement plan. Once the settlement plan is created, candidate needs to provide a copy of it to their designated employer.

What are the other ways to immigrate to Canada’s Atlantic regions?

Other than the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program (AIPP), the other way that allow the immigrants to move to Atlantic Canada is the Provincial Nomination Program (PNP). Via these programs candidate are able to nominate the skilled and capable immigrants (like skilled workers, graduates and entrepreneurs) for permanent residency in the province.

Since 2015, every provincial nomination program has an express entry linked stream that allows the express entry programs candidates who are eligible to immigrate to the given province. Atlantic PNP includes:
